The Shops at Bethlehem (Formerly Easton Commons) – Facade/Canopy Renovations & Refresh – Bethlehem, PA

The new owners wanted to bring new life to the facade of this retail center in Bethlehem, PA., increasing the value of their investment. Ames Construction, Inc. was chosen for the work because of our many years of experience with retail centers, as well as our long-time relationship with the grocery anchor of the center, Giant. The work included:

  • Patching, repairing, and painting of the existing stucco (EIFS) finish
  • Painting the existing standing-seam metal canopy roof
  • Re-doing the canopy posts with new stone veneer & stucco
  • New post lighting

I chose Ames Construction to build my one-of-a-kind, three-story, medical office building because of their reputation as builders and their personable approach to the bidding process.
