IM/Health – Wayne, PA

Ames Construction, Inc. was privileged to build this beautiful new medical office building in Wayne, PA that houses a family practice, urgent care facility, physical therapy and nutrition center, as well as a cafe’ and a gym. Construction was performed with a temporary facility located on the small site, situated very close to the new building. This Design-Build-Bid project required exceptional collaboration between Ames Construction, the owner and architect, and the many trade partners and various equipment suppliers.
