Position Title: Residential Installation/Replacement Foreman (Exterior Products)

Full Job Description

Overview: Eby Exteriors is seeking a full-time experienced exterior replacement foreman.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Foreman will supervise and work alongside any Technicians assigned to the job and will have the responsibility and authority to direct and coordinate all activities on the jobsite so all goals for that day are achieved.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Siding installation and repairs
Window and Door installation
Roofing installation and repairs
Deck building and repairs
Use of rough and fine carpentry skills
Know and follow all job safety requirements.
Understand, in detail, the scope of work to be performed.
Assure required tools are on hand prior to arriving at the job site.
Be the point of contact between the onsite crew and the Production Manager.
Assure client’s concerns are heard and communicated to the Production Manager.
Assure documentation is completed for the day.
Assure the job site is neat and orderly, especially before leaving at the end of the day.
In cooperation with the Production Manager, the Foreman will have the responsibility and authority for onsite work sequencing, and how to perform the work to accomplish the goals for the day.

Qualifications:

2-5+ years of experience preferred
Experienced with some or all of the following trades: window and door installation, siding installation and repairs, roofing installation and repairs, deck building and repairs, rough and fine carpentry
Basic layout skills
Experience reading basic blueprints and shop drawings.
Commitment to integrity, excellence, innovation, collaboration, and passion
Strong people & communication skills
Clean and professional appearance
Driver’s license
Hand tools
Exterior Structural Framing
Ability to lead and organize a job site.
