POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title:  Plumbing Foreman

Position Summary

Oversee and participate in the completion of on-site plumbing work. Provide direction to plumbing crew on site.

• Manages projects by delivering exceptional quality according to project schedule and within budget
• Maintains the highest levels of client satisfaction, displays unquestionable integrity and promotes the interests of the company

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Review and follow blueprints and/or other design specifications to install plumbing
• Communicate manpower needs with Plumbing Supervisor to complete projects on schedule
• Produce As-Built drawings for each project
• Turn in all parts receipts, packing slips, contracts, and invoices daily
• Ensure that safety program and goals are followed on the jobsite
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes per plans & specifications
• Train less experienced plumbers and plumbing interns

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction
• Master Plumber or Journeyman’s certificate required
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record 9MVR background check)
• OSHA 10-hour training (preferred)
