Oversee and participate in the completion of on-site plumbing work. Provide direction to plumbing crew on site.
Key Result Areas
Manages projects by delivering exceptional quality according to project schedule and within budget
Maintains the highest levels of client satisfaction, displays unquestionable integrity and promotes the interests of the company
Review and follow blueprints and/or other design specifications to install plumbing
Communicate manpower needs with Plumbing Supervisor to complete projects on schedule
Produce As-Built drawings for each project
Turn in all parts receipts, packing slips, contracts, and invoices daily
Ensure that safety program and goals are followed on the jobsite
Measure, cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes per plans & specifications
Train less experienced plumbers and plumbing interns
5-10 years of experience in commercial construction
Master Plumber or Journeyman’s certificate required
Valid driver’s license and good driving record 9MVR background check)
OSHA 10-hour training (preferred)
